Prior to order we offer on site evaluations and surveys to ensure the correct equipment is chosen for the right application. Once on order then through to FAT and delivery we co ordinate the build and ensure correct communication is maintained through this process

Remote support



Most new machines now come equipped with modems for remote access and diagnostics. Most problems software related can be solved simply by the principal connecting to the machine direct in this way.

Service Tech's



This can either be via technicians from the overseas manufacturer, typical for more complex installations. Or from one of our UK based service tech's who can offer both emergency repairs and preventative maintenance by way of service contracts.

Spares orders are placed direct with the principal and in many cases next day delivery is achieved. APM as the agent is always available to assist in this process.
